DynaComp is a kit of identical composite modules. Start with one 269 ft² unit, stack it three storeys high, run it unlimited wide, and reconfigure the plan whenever the brief changes.
Structure is composite end to end, rated for every climate.
Multi-dwelling, multi-tenant and multi-use structures.
Floor plans and layouts customize and re-arrange easily.
Quick-ship, quick-set units built for marketplace demand.
Panels and framework arrive pre-packaged and kitted.
Every DynaComp structure is assembled from one repeating composite module. The same kitted panels become a backyard studio, a three-storey walk-up, or a hundred-home community. Only the count changes, so design, logistics and pricing all scale in a straight line.
Rectangular tubes of glass-fiber-reinforced pultrusion form the load path. Connection nodes are design-engineered steel brackets fixed with pan-head bolts — corner, middle, and stacking nodes that let modules join and rise.
A stiff sandwich board: an antifriction decorative top, a corrugated core that adds stiffness and carries thermal insulation, and an outer base that provides integrity.
External and internal walls share a three-layer build: a decorative inner face, a corrugated core for stiffness, insulation and routed media circuits, and a UV-protective outer skin.
Composite roof panels with integrated gutters route rainwater discreetly off the structure, finishing the envelope with the same shippable, kitted logic as every other assembly.

One finished base module.

Stacked with stairs & balconies.

Joined into full residences.

Container-delivered, fast-set.
